Block Spam at Server Level

I'm setting up an email server for some clients... this has multiple domains...

I havent settled on an webmail client yet... been looking at DWMail, Horde, and a few others.

But, my biggest concern is spam... I want to setup a anti-spam solution to block spam for all email accounts on the server... I also would like the solution to be easy to configure on the admin end. Is there something I can setup that works by actively filtering incoming mail and not by me manually adding domains and such?

Any help would be awesome!

DirectAdmin includes both SpamBlocker and SpamAssassin.

There are lots of threads on these forums and a search of these forums will probably help you decide what to use.
