Block spam referrals on server level

Good day, so the question is: i have a debian server with directadmin installed, how can i block the unwanted spam referrals.
Example: https://github.com/Stevie-Ray/apache-nginx-referral-spam-blacklist

P.S. I can not find /etc/nginx
