Ok, this might've been asked before, however:

How do you totally block the https:// for domains when there's no certificate for them?

Going to domains that have ssl disabled latch onto the _default_ httpd-ssl.conf's certificate.

Hello,

If you host domains (with allowed SSL) on dedicated IPs, and host non-SSL domains on another IP (shared), then it should not be a problem. Of course if you have several domains on a single account, and the main domain has enabled SSL, then it might be an issue. Anyway in this case, if you have several domains on one IP, and only one of them with enabled SSL, there is no known to me way to block access via HTTPS for other domains, as soon as apache is listening on IP:443.

Oh well, if it's set up like that, then just have to grin and smile about it.

I only allow certs on new IP's (non-shared), granted, the client can have many domains under that IP, which is "shared" for them.
