How to block Smtp services to a reseller and his child accounts.

Limits on 0 for mail but not sure, i did it for a email user account and could be kind of workarround if mailaccounts are hacked before.
For domains set the mx external ...

If you don't want them to have e-mail addresses, you could also set the e-mail accounts and forwarders to 0 in the reseller package.
