blocked from the directadmin

yesterday and today i am blocked from the directadmin! idont know why.
how can i fix that from root? (putty) or any another way!

/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

i signin root to my account and put this line
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist
but what happen:
no such file or directory
please help iam 4 hours out of my account

If the file does not exist then you are not blocked in directadmin. Maybe you are blocked by the firewall or something else. Post your directadmin url then maybe someone else can test to see if it works.

Yesterday the company said to me that my IP is not blocked and they unable to go into the da, but I'm not able to access a full day.
Now I suddenly can log in to my da
but icant work now because I afraid that happen to me again.
What is the problem do you see as? if that happen again what should i do?

If neither DirectAdmin itself, nor your firewall, are blocking you, then the other possibility is that your ISP isn't allowing you to make outbound connections to port 2222.
