I just purchased a minimal license (no support) and paid for the year, but the license shows as not-active. There is no balance due, and of course it won't let me submit a formal ticket since this license does not support that, but you should be able to create a ticket if the license won't even allow for installing the product. What is going on here? How do I get past this? My client # is 80535. Someone at DA needs to look into this please.
