Hello,

One of my customers is saying that one of his customers is getting bounce messages when trying to send an email to them. Below is a copy of the bounce message...

hmm, thanks. i do see some dns issues there...its mainly because i'm not running my own dns yet, just using whats off mydomain.com for them.

would that cause a 550 authentication error?
