Dear DirectAdmin forums,
We have a domain broker setup on 2 different VPS-es.
One is broker.domain1.nl
Two is broker.domain2.nl
Their goal is to sell domains that are domain aliases to broker.domain*.nl
For example, broker.domain1.nl may sell weirdwebsite.com and theotherweirdwebsite.com (not the actual URL's)
The second broker.domain2.nl may sell jurisdictions.com and twentyturtlesonabike.com (not the actual URL's)
But even though the alias websites like weirdwebsite.com from broker.domain1.nl are still working as intended, visiting broker.domain1.nl will refer you to www.broker.domain1.nl, which breaks the payment API call that we make specifically for broker.domain1.nl. This redirection was never present, and is currently not present in broker.domain2.nl. I have checked wether Force redirection was active in domain setup. It is not.
Both operate with the same PHP version, they only differ in DirectAdmin version.
The workaround right now is to have both the broker.domain1.nl A record present, as well as adding the www.broker.domain1.nl A record.
Both servers have had their reboot and it's unclear to us how long the broker website has been down for. It could range from weeks up to a couple of months.
