[root@ns202873 ~]#This is my problem, i hosted only one site on my dedicared server
always buffers and cached more high 90%! how i can clear chach and increase buffers ? any solution to solve this issue

I don't think you want to clear the cache. If you clear the cache then any data that was in the cache will need to be read from the disk again. Reading from disk is a lot slower than reading from memory. So clearing the cache will slow your server if you clear it on a regular basis.
