[bug] Exim configuration error in line 586 of /etc/exim.conf // exim.conf 4.4

Hello,

A fresh installation of exim and exim.conf 4.4 drops this error:

2016-01-28 14:03:16 Exim configuration error in line 586 of /etc/exim.conf:
  failed to open included configuration file /etc/exim.spamassassin.conf

Check this:

# ll /etc/exim.spamassassin.conf
-rw------- 1 root root 534 Jan  3  2015 /etc/exim.spamassassin.conf

Shouldn't it be owned by mail:mail or be 644?

It should be 644, custombuild/DA installation scripts do not apply any chmod to the file and doesn't do any changes to it.
