[BUG] IPv6 assigned IP to reseller used in welcome email

When a IPv6 IP is assigned to a reseller, and that reseller creates a new IP, the IPv6 IP is used wrongly in the welcome email:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for making us a partner in your web hosting venture.

Your reseller account has been created with the following details:

Username: ***
Password: ***
Domain: ***

To log in immediately, follow this link, using your username and password:

http://2a02:27f8:1001:0:0:0:180:1:2222

This happens if only a IPv6 address is assigned.
To make this a correct url a [ and ] should be added around the url. However, as DA itself does not support IPv6 IPs yet, it should not be used at all at the moment right now.
