Using the admin backups (not the beta) Clients backups are not transporting all MySQL database tables. The general structure is copying, but not all tables and data. Case in point, one client we just moved - 9 databases moved successfully, the last only copied two tables, and the permissions were 600 - not 660 on the tables.

That's one issue, another will be posted in the custom build thread.

Do you mean the sysbk backups? If so, is everything setup properly; sysbk is highly configurable, which of course means it's highly misconfigurable as well.

You can also find it's intern config file and look to see if it's set up properly.
