Build DA on amalinux 9.4 has error

I tried many times but the file does not exist.
Cannot continue the software build process but use the command suggestion: yum install db4-devel perl-ExtUtils-Embed will not work.

Hope the admins will support

did you already execute "yum update" before do setup directadmin ?

Directadmin provide support new installer for all retail license. if you don't know how to solve the problem, just create support ticket.
