Doesn't look like a FQDN neither like a directory you're in. Have you setup your hostname correctly? Doesn't look that way.

Are you executing the command from the /user/local/directadmin/custombuild directory?
Is your Centos 7 64-bit matching the OS and 32 or 64 bit in your license?
