I got a "Bus error (core dumped)" while updating DA services
"Bus error (core dumped)
gmake[1]: *** [packagedata] Error 138
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/icu/source/data'
gmake: *** [all-recursive] Error 2"
gmake was up to date. Changing from Custombuild 1.2 to 1.1 fixed it.
From DA Support:
"if you're using build 1.2, I'd recommend you stick with 1.1, since 1.2 is more just a testing branch. I checked the code, and icu is only needed for php6, so we're not quite there yet. 1.2 does not try to install icu (which is beside the point of original core dump error, but bypasses it anyway)"
"build" means custom build and I believe he meant to say: "1.1 does not try to install icu"
I'm using FreeBSD is 7.x 64 bit, but gmake is used everywhere which is why I posted it here.
