Cache problem in DirectAdmin

My web server is Nginx_Apache

My problem is solved with the command
sudo sync
sudo echo 3 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
sudo echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

Please introduce a solution

After 5 minutes Images shown
Sometimes the problem can be solved with the command
sudo sync
sudo echo 3 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
sudo echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
