Just got a new VPS with Direct Admin.
But now whenever I try to execute webalizer I get this error

bash: /usr/bin/webalizer: Permission denied

You don't tell us anything about your VPS, which OS it runs, or what username you logged in as

On our testbed VPS system running RHEL 3.1, webalizer is listed as:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 webalizer root 126144 Aug 2 2003 /usr/bin/webalizer

and runs without complaint when we log in as root.

After fixing the chmod problem, I executed webalizer from the command line and got this...

Webalizer V2.01-10 (Linux 2.4.20-021stab022.5.777-enterprise) English
Using logfile STDIN (clf)
Creating output in current directory
Hostname for reports is 'myhosting.com'
History file not found...

I have the impression that I need to pass to webalizer the path of log files as parameters:confused:

There are other threads discussing webalizer all around these forums.
