Can a Lifetime License be moved?

If I buy a lifetime license from DA for my VPS, bought from provider ABC and for whatever reason, six month later, I decide to re-establish my VPS at a different provider, can I move a DA lifetime license to the new VPS?

If this is OK, is it very involved to actually do it.

As long as it is a lifetime external license, then you should not have any problem moving it to another server/VPS. If was an internal license, that is sold with a server, then it can't be moved.

You can add any IP address you want, but the license is tied to one of the IP addresses for that server, so it would need to change servers, you need to get the license re-issued with the new IP for that server.

You need to contact DirectAdmin staff for change License IP and/or License OS.
