Hello,

First post here... :-)

I'm a new DA user and I have set the server up according to the auto script that is supplied by DA.

I have made sure the domain for the server has a valid SSL certificate wildcard from LetsEncrypt and it is valid and working.

I can access the server domain using http://www.the-server-domain.com but I cannot access the dashboard using https://www.the-server-domain.com:2222

It fails and says:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server…
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

Any input would be appreciated here

Ok, I see that this has been asked before...There is a lot of content around it. I apologise for prematurely opening a thread.

I will try figure this out and post back here if I don't come right.

Welcome to DA and welcome to the forum. I want to thank you for actually researching and reading on your own. Glad you figured it out.
