says now bandwithd is used up although i have chekket to see if evrything is unlimited

and one of my subdomains when i restart httpd it says it doesent excist it happend out of the blue after a re install could any one be kind to give me a guidens on how to set proper unlimited on domian so my website get back to normal any help is much apprichiated
