Can anyone help a newbie with pop3 issues

Will try to give you all the information needed.

the domain and website is 2 days old, I had set up pop3 email in outlook express and it was working perfectly earlier today on both send and receive. However I am now only able to recieve not send. The following is the error message I recieve. (obviously with details obscured)

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[email protected]'. Subject 'test', Account: 'xxxxx', Server: 'mail.xxxxx.co.nz', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1 This message has been blocked because it is from a FortiGuard - AntiSpam black IP address.(connection black ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xx)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I am stumped as to why it would work all day, and not now.
 
I'm glad you got it fixed. Just for the future: the folk on the DirectAdmin forums generally don't respond to help requests with missing information.
