Im new in hosting forum sites and unfortunately something occured to my forum site.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem..I have a lot of information inside and I want to backup them.

It looks as if php is turned off for your site.

If not, then something may have happened to corrupt your php file.

If neither of these point you in the right direction then upload and try a simple phpinfo.php file and see what you get when you look at it in your browser.

Using ftp, the same way you'd update any other file to your site.

Name it phpinfo.php.

Then call it this way:

http://www.example.com/phpinfo.php

where www.example.com should be replaced by your domain name.
