Can da be stopped from undoing changes.

I wish to change where a particular domains DocumentRoot goes too. If I change the file manually whenever I add a new domain it gets reset to what da wants it to be.

Is there anyway to get this changed and have it in such a way that direct admin will leave it to what I set it as?

Find the template DA is using to create the user-specific httpd.conf files. Move it to the custom directory, and make your changes there.
