Can i use License for new Server and new IP?

Dear DA Staff,

I've order DirectAdmin License Lifetime for my Dedicated Server, but now i change my hard disk and CPU and use new IP. Can i reinstall DA at new SV with new IP?
My server is Game Android and Tai Game and Wap Miễn Phí services
