Can I "yum update" after installed directadmin? centOS 6

I'm using centOS 6 now and I would like to "yum update".

Will DA config have problem with that?

You can use it with no problems It does not touch any of DA configs.

It should not give any problems indeed. However, just to be sure check your /etc/yum.conf that it includes this line:

exclude=apache* httpd* mod_* mysql* MySQL* da_* *ftp* exim* sendmail* php* bind-chroot*

Normally DA already put's it in automatically.
