Can No Longer Access DNS Management

Hey Everyone! I hope you are all doing well!

Hey I can no longer see a button for "DNS Management" on most of my accounts. Some of them still have it, others don't.

It's really halting my progress not being able to add records. Does anyone know why this is happening?

In the attached photos, the one with the red circle is showing an account that DOES still show DNS management, and then the other photo shows the button is not there

I tried opening tickets, and emailing [email protected], but I'm getting no responses.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I'm not sure, but since some of the accounts does have the DNS Management can you check if they have the same package or custom packets. In other words, check if they have DNS management enabled in their packages.

Another thing you can do if it's enabled, is to use the search bar on top and then enter there DNS Management, maybe it becomes visible.

Also you can change in the accounts without DNS manager (but if present in their package) the the Enhanced skin and see if it's visible there in that case.
