DirectAdmin panel I made??, unfortunately backup not get the message that a backup can not please help me. can not creating a backup plz help me

Are you a server owner? Do you have root or admin access on server (ssh, directadmin)? If yes then you should read directadmin logs or at least copy/paste them here: /var/log/directadmin/error.log /var/log/directadmin/errortaskq.log. The both can be accessed either by ssh or as admin in directadmin on log viewer page.

If you buy a hosting account from a company then you should open a ticket with their support department.

since I don't understand what you are saying I am taking a guess here, but you are getting the message that the backup failed correct?
one thing ot watch for is if you use a dedicated drive for backups and its not automounting upon reboot then the backup directory is not reachable and backups will fail.
this is only time I have had a backup fail.
