can not delete user

i can not delete this user

The username is invalid. Usernames must start with a-z, contain >= 3 characters and <= 10.

[root@direct conf]# /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin c | grep max_username_length
max_username_length=14

Did you restart directadmin after you change max_username_length?

If the issue still persists you can either delete the user manually (not recommended), or contact directadmin developers to check your server here: https://tickets.directadmin.com/.
