Can not login via Roundcube webmail

I am using the latest version of RC but cant login via web interface.
I have rebuilt RoundCube but no luck.

Here is my error log:

PHP Error: Failed to create new user in /var/www/html/roundcubemail-1.0.1/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_user.php on line 584 (POST /webmail/?_task=login?_task=login&_action=login)

How can I fix it?

Is the username of the user who is trying to login written in lowercase letters? It might be a case-sensitivity issue.

I also get this message:

DB Error: [1054] Unknown column 'expires' in 'where clause'

It may require me to upgrade the roundcubemail to latest version. But I dont know how to upgrade RC Mail.

hi,
I have already upgrade with ./build roundcube but DB structure has been not changed.

[root@csrv01 custombuild]# ./build roundcube
Editing roundcube configuration...
Roundcube 1.0.1 has been installed successfully.
Executing database schema update.
This instance of Roundcube is up-to-date.
