Can not use anonymous ftp

When I tick the anonymous ftp,it show the following problem?

You are not allowed to enable anonymous ftp

Anonymous ftp must be enabled from the admin or reseller levels on your account, then you can decide whether or not to enable it on your own account.
Most webhosts disable this because of security issues.

You will need to contact your hosting provider to resolve the problem, or if you do have reseller and/or admin access to the server you can modify the user checking the box next to Anonymous ftp to enable it.

Also, anonymous FTP requires a dedicated IP#.
