Can receive can't send ???

[Atmega]

I have tried everything I know. This should be straight forward.

The host 'smtp.atmegadss.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'mail.atmegadss.com (2)', Server: 'smtp.atmegadss.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I set these accounts up last night and I can recieve no problem at all but sending is another thing.

Is this a problem with the hosting company which they say it isn't or perhaps something I'm doing which I think it isn't.

How hard is it to copy and paste

Any information would be great

Who controls ns3.tigahost.net and ns4.tigahost.net?

According to your whois record and the root servers, these two nameservers are authoritative for smtp.atmegadss.com.

Yet neither of them are serving authoritative records for smtp.atmegadss.com.

Either they need to return an authoritative A or CNAME record for smtp.atmegadss.com, or you need to use some other way to refer to your server, perhaps mail.atmegadss.com, which will work.
