I'm not sure whats going on. Unfortunatly I didn't record all the setting/change I made to get remote mysql connection working the first time around.
I have an account 'rent' which I am able to connect to remotely without issue.
A newly created account 'alltime' can not connect. I added '%' as an access host for that account.
Both accounts are running on the primary IP address. My database management software is using the same IP and port to connect to for both accounts.
I have no idea why this won't work. I would appreciate any help you could provide
