Can I install a web script that it required these?

Hello,

I'm going to install a new script on my hosting (DA installed)
that script required these

cURL Library
GD Library
Mcrypt Extension (MCRYPT_RIJNDAEL_256 ciphername)
MySQLi Extension
Script execution time must be greater than 60 seconds
Rewrite module (optional)

Do I need install/activate new addons on DA or just go for installing script?

I checked phpinfo again and all of them were supported.
