Can Send but Cannot Receive

Hi,

ive a problem on a VPS with DA.

All domains in this VPS can Send E-Mail correctly but everytime i send an email to that accounts email come back to me with permanent error message that say retry timeout exceeded

Ive tryed to restart mail services and delete and recreate email accounts on VPS.

Any idea for solve this problem?

It is likely that the disk quota of an email account is either full or exceeded. Try to ping or telnet to port 25 on smtp servers other than yours:
telnet localhost 25

Also, make sure that the domain is in the /etc/virtual/domains and /etc/virtual/domainowners files. Your hostname, assigned IPs, and DNZ Zones are correct and resolve. For more information and tips on HowTo solve email problems, point your browser at: http://servertune.com/kbase/entry/34/
 
Ive made all checks u told me.. but the problem is not on smtp.. but on pop3.. that domains on that vps dont receive email.. but they can send... any idea?

If email is being returned to you I don't understand why you'd call that a POP3 error.

What's your reasoning?

ive solved.. deleted all email virtuals, spool and accounts and reacreated.. now it work...

i call a pop3 error cause the receiver dont receive ^^
