i've a customer who can't open DirectAdmin on her broswer. Can someone click on this url http://72.232.45.50:2222/ and tell me if you can load DA login page?

Can you also tell me where you clicking from?

Works for me from my home in California, an SBC DSL connection.

Many ISPs block port 2222.

If you search these forums for 2222 you'll probably find some posts with some workarounds.

you should check to make sure they haven't been black listed from too many incorrect logins....

if i do apache on port 80 can i still access DirectAdmin by ip port 2222 or from now on i have to access by cp.domain.com?

i don't want to change it because one customer have trouble. is it possible to run both ip port 2222 and cp.domain.com to access DA?
