Can`t restore backup: An error occurred during the restore.

Hello,
I'm trying to restore a backup, but I'm getting the following message:

An error occurred during the restore.​

I make backups using the tool found in the control panel: Admin Tools > Admin Backup/Transfer
And I'm using the same tool to restore it: Admin Tools > Admin Backup/Transfer > Restore

I've noticed that some backups for that account don't give an error and others always give that error.

Can you please give me some advice to investigate? Do you know if there is a log to consult?

P.S I have downloaded the backup in question and tried to extract it without the slightest problem, I only had one warning during decryption:

openssl aes-256-cbc -d -in user.admin.pointeu.tar.gz.enc -out user.admin.pointeu.tar.gz
enter aes-256-cbc decryption password:

Using -iter or -pbkdf2 would be better.
