cancellation policy

I was wondering what was your cancellation policy. Can the license be cancelled at any point of time, and will there be a refund pro-rata?

Hello,

For monthly licenses, you may request a refund within 30 days of ordering. This will provide plenty of time to evaluate our product. Another option is to request a free 30-day trial license.

For lifetime licenses there is no refunds, so we suggest you start out with a monthly and upgrade within 30 days. That way you aren't paying any extra (because the refund can be used toward the lifetime purchase).

Let's say i'm a dedicated service provider. This client has been with me for about 1 year. Now he cancel's his server, which has a directadmin license on it. I can cancel the license with directadmin without incurring extra costs? Also at any point of time? Must i inform before hand?

Depends on the type of license you have

You can cancel a leased license at any time.

As far as I know you don't get a refund for any unused time, but neither do you keep paying.
