cannot access DA. Help..

Hello,

I have been using DA for this server for about one week.

today it suddenly become un-accessable.

I have tried to restart DA via SSH,

Code:
[root@ak3 ~]# service directadmin restart
Stopping DirectAdmin:                                      [FAILED]
Starting DirectAdmin:                                      [  OK  ]

but it's sitll not working.

I have also tried restart the server. no use.

Anybody can help me :confused:

Try executing the DirectAdmin binary directly and see what the output is.

cd /usr/local/directadmin
./directadmin

The ip of this machine (66.79.162.186) does not match the ip in the license file.<br>


i got this warning.

so it should be due to I changed IP recently. :eek:
 
Hey,

Yep, that would be a good guess...

You need to let DA know you changed the IP address of your server and they will update the license and tell you how to fix it.

Email "[email protected]".

Be sure to tell them the problem you are having.

Problem solved by updating the license.

:o I have the same error..

Can't restart DA..

But when I do the commands, I get:

[root@## ~]# cd /usr/local/directadmin
[root@## directadmin]# ./directadmin
Unable to read the license file
reason: Unable to read the contents of the license<br>


Probably, cause I tried to renew my licence today, which didn't work very well I guess.. and now have this problem -_-
