Cannot access domain? Help!

I have two domains on my account. My first domain,domain1.com(Not really the name) and my second new one domain2.com. I cannot access the second domain to set it up. I have logged in using the www.domain2.com:2222 or the /config also and it logs in but over on the side it say's "Current Domain domain1.com"? When I go to domain setup domain2.com is not listed. When I try to add it it says that it cannot as the domain already exists? I can ftp into the site by using the ftp://[email protected] and upload but nothing will work as far as web pages. What am I missing?

For some reason the second domain has been only partially installed. Contact your hosting provider to resolve the difficulty for you.
