cannot access email account

I have a user email account which will not allow access, it was working fine a couple of days ago and all other accounts seem fine. We have tried changing the password with no luck. Any ideas on what might cause this?

You can try checking the /var/log/maillog for pop and /var/log/exim/mainlog for smtp.
