Cannot access files.directadmin.com

when i try to install DA -> i cant acces http://files.directadmin.com/ ...
Is this temporaly or is there another problem ?

Well the file i am looking for is : http://files.directadmin.com/services/fedora_2/files.sh

I cant access it via my server under ssh.

And, i cant access any of the directory's via my web browser.
