Cannot access my phpMyAdmin panel

Hello
I've tried to access my phpmyadmin panel, but i cannot do it.
When i click on the phpMyAdmin


Then i have this screen asking me for credentials, even when logged into my dashboard.
I've tried by entering the credentials for my dashboard, but it didn't work.


May somebody kindly help me please?.

Hello.
PhpMyadmin is for your database, so you have to enter the credentials for the database you want to administer with phpmyadmin.
I'm not sure what you mean by "the credentials for my dashboard", but if you mean the DA panel with dashboard, then you can't use those credentials.

User the dbusername and the dbpassword.

Finally i could get into the phpMyAdmin panel
I see strange characters on the front end for timegoldsservices.com

Kind of diamond with a ? symbol inside.
May you please help me getting rid of these rare characters?.

The same situation for butdriversl.com

Yes, that has to do with the characterset used. Maybe ANSII is used or its a conflict between iso-8859-1 and UTF-8.

I would suggest checking which characterset your database is using. Normally we use either UTF-8 or UTF-8MB4.
