cannot access phpmyadmin

everthing was going fine, but suddenly I cannot access phpmyadmin via DA, I got error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin on this server.

big problem,same thing happens on squirrelmail

Symbolic link not allowed or link target not accessible: /var/www/html/phpMyAdmin

how does this happen? and How can I fix it? Thanks

God, I found the fix. Sorry for the trouble...

it's related to my httpd settings. several days before, I read some optimization instruction and then replaced "Indexes FollowSymLinks" with"-Indexes -FollowSymLinks" within tab of <Directory "/var/www/html">.

The issue did not come out immediately after change until yesterday. Fortunately, I could recall what I have done on my server
