Either DirectAdmin is not running or your server's firewall has it blocked.

Start by turning off iptables.

If that allows you to use DirectAdmin, then install a simple firewall management tool:

It appears that your firewall is blocking port 2222.

Do you block it with iptables? Check iptables -L -n and paste here the output.

Do you use any firewall as CSF or APF?
