cannot add a new user

When adding a new user from the account managment menu in resseller level I get the following message

Error Creating User skphoto
Details
Error creating user: pw: user 'skphoto' already exists
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for skphoto
The home directory for skphoto was not created.

I sometimes get this message...

Error creating user: pw: user 'testest99' disappeared during update
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for testest99
The home directory for testest99 was not created.

Are you a reseller? If so, then you should bring this up with your hosting company.

If this is your server and you're sure that the user doesn't exist, then you should probably want to contact DirectAdmin Support.
