Cannot add necessary O365 DNS records Please Help!

We are trying to change the DNS records on the domain chemonics.md to point to O365 records and it is not working. We need some support to help us. None of the below will add properly. It keeps appending chemonics.md on the cname records and mx records. The SRV records do not have the correct fields to enter what we need. The others don't work either. How can I get support to add these records for me?
