cannot add users

when i try to add users i get this error:

Error creating user: pw: user 'testeed' disappeared during update
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for testeed
The home directory for testeed was not created.

i checked if hd was full but it is not full got 40% left and permissions in /home are 777

You should probably start by telling everyone what version of DA your running. Is this the latest version?

yes, I'm running the newest version installed a month ago, I get the sam disapeared error

Try adding a user through the shell to see if you get any errors.
