Cannot Create Account,how can i delete ?

Hello,

i want to add a reseller account,

and i create it from da,

im not sure why it spent a long time to load and still under loading,

i try to stop the page and try to re-create again,

and it shows the error

Cannot Create Account

Details

That username already exists on the system

but i try to check the user list,there is no the account,


i ssh to the server and cd to /home and find the folder of the user,

i try to delete the folder,

and re-create from da again,

but still get the error,


can anyone teach me how can i do to fix it issue ?

If there's a DNS zone file for the domain, delete it.
