Cannot Create Account !!

I cann't create one account.i have received this error :
Cannot Create Account

Details

That domain already exists


but i haven't that domain on my user list !! how can i remove it?!! please help me...

Remove the DNS zone for that domain, before adding the domain.

But where can I find the DNS zone to clear the domain?

You may be able to find it in DNS Management from the DirectAdmin administrator login.

If not, then you can remove the zone file from /var/named and the line referencing the file from /etc/named.conf, and then restart BIND.
