Cannot create accounts, resellers, packages etc.. when doing so I get a "page cannot be displayed"
 
Is this a new problem, or has it always existed with this system?

Have you tried from multiple desktop/laptop systems? From different ISPs?

Have you tried looking at your httpd error log?

Have you tried updating DirectAdmin to the latest version?

If you still have the problem after all this, then you may want someone else to try looking to see what s/he sees.
